Exchange & Refund Policy — VELLANTE

At VELLANTE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange & Refund Conditions

The shoes must be completely unused and unworn.
Shoes must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
The sole must be clean and show no signs of wear, dirt, scratches, or outdoor use.
All original accessories, tags, wrapping, and packaging must be included.
Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, washed, or used will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
VELLANTE reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving the exchange or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may exchange your shoes for another size or color, subject to availability.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may request a refund instead.
The returned pair must meet all of the unused-condition requirements above.

Refunds

Refund requests are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are approved only after the returned shoes have been inspected and confirmed to be unused and in their original condition.
Approved refunds will be returned through the available refund method agreed with our customer service team.
Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund unless the product received was faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If the mistake is from VELLANTE, we will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.
